My name is Carmel Costello Kinesiologist, Spiritual Healer, Teacher, Ceramicist, maker of Inchmore Craft and founder of Parliament Health and Wellness Centre, Kilkenny.

I was born and reared on a farm in Co. Kilkenny Ireland. I grew up with a healthy sense of respect for nature and what it produced. After schooling I spent many years involved in the catering industry running my own restaurant. Food always held my interest and I was often asked to provide specific dietary requirements. In the year 2000 my life changed, through circumstances out of my control I left the catering world. I then went on to work with adults with learning difficulties, who taught me so much about life and the simple things that can get lost when we get wrapped up in the business world. During that time I developed an interest in complimentary therapies, having the experience of having many sessions of different therapies and seeing and feeling the difference they made to my physical, emotional and spiritual bodies. I felt good in every way. This led me to realise that I wanted other people to feel as good as I felt.

In 2007 I studied Kinesiology and received my diploma in 2009. I also completed training in many therapies over the years e.g. Integrated Energy Therapy, Reiki, Quantum Touch, Magnified Healing, Emotional Freedom Technique, Animal Communication, Meditation, Land Clearings and House Clearings. These all amplified the natural healing abilities that I already had. Through all of these therapies, giving and receiving, I have found myself to be a healthier and happier human being. Life is ever evolving and the thrill and the excitement of it is wonderful.

KINESOLOGY
Is a method of detecting an imbalance in the body, using muscle testing. It is a gentle non invasive therapy. Through muscle testing we can establish where there is an imbalance, by touching different reflex points the muscle will react, strong or weak. The imbalances can show a weakness in the Electrical,
Emotional, Nutritional or Structural areas of the body.
Kinesiology aids in the treatment of Allergies, Food Sensitivity, Stress, Fatigue, Nutritional Requirements,
Anxiety, IBS and Digestive Problems, Cholesterol, Menopause, Diabetes, Thyroid, Viral and Bacterial Infections, Candida, Skin Conditions etc. Correction of imbalances include a combination of nutritional advise, homeopathic supplementation, minerals, vitamins, detoxification, stress release using EFT, IET, Reiki, Quantum Touch or Magnified healing.

REIKI
Is a simple natural and safe method of Spiritual healing. It is administered by the laying of hands on the body . Its aim is to unblock stagnant or negative energy. It works on the entire body and the flow of energy throughout it, mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. It works on all types of ailments clearing also past issues and ancestral traits.

INTEGRATED ENERGY THERAPY

Inspired by, Lady Master Kwan Yin. In Magnified Healing the practitioner creates the energy with God most High of the Universe and becomes magnified healing.

HOPI EAR CANDLING
Also known as thermal auricular therapy is a pleasant and non-invasive treatment of the ears,
used to treat a variety of conditions.
This healing treatment has been around for centuries and has originated from the American Indian Hopi tribe.
Ear candles are cotton tubes, impregnated with beeswax, honey and therapeutic essential oils.
The process involves placing a specially designed hollow candle just inside the ear canal one at a time. The candle is then lit and the heat from the lit end of the candle causes a vacuum effect, which helps to pull out any unwanted build up. A fire crackling sound may be heard and possibly some gentle popping.
The goal of ear candling is to draw out impurities, relieve pressure in the head and sinuses, and
aid hearing problems.

GEOPATHIC STRESS
Over the years working with many clients, from time to time, I come across a client who is highly sensitive to Geopathic Stress. In that case it is advisable to have your house and surroundings checked. In most cases, Geopathic stress can be dealt with and the strong earth energies can be either redirected or neutralized in order to create a healthier energy in the house. Geopathic stress problems in ones home, result from our human sensitivities to strong geo-magnetic anomalies in the ground under the building, including the presence of underground water courses and streams.
The effect often causes listlessness, feelings of being drained, constant fatigue, headaches, pains and aches of all kinds for those working or sleeping in effected areas. This can contribute to long term health problems of all kinds.

DISTANCE KINESIOLOGY
Everything is energy and the corrections used in kinesiology are to align and balance energy, and this can be done remotely for people all over the world. Distant Kinesiology is where the Kinesiology session can be done without physically being present in the clinic. You can live anywhere in the world and still receive a Kinesiology session. So if you are feeling unwell, immune system low, have allergies, frustrated, angry or depressed, feel under par, or if you are struggling in any way, contact me to book a distance kinesiology session.
How does this work?
A consultation is conducted by WhatsApp video or Zoom. I go through what issues you may have, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. This gives our session some focus. And then testing occurs where i become surrogate for my client, tapping into your inate system, using muscle testing. It is the same as if you were with me. During the session, areas of stress will be located and corrections will be completed to help the body diffuse
the stress.
DISTANCE HEALING
Distance healing is any form of healing energy "sent" across time and space that is received and has a healing effect on the recipient. With this type of work, you do not have to be physically present with the healer to receive the healing. It works on a Quantum level.
This type of healing is equally effective as an in person healing, because in alternative energy healing and holistic medicine therapies, we are working with the physical, emotional and mental aspects of an individual by accessing the individual’s energy body. The energy body can be accessed easily from anywhere and at any time and does not require you to be physically present with the practitioner.
